[RESOLVED] Issue With SmarterMail Service on Shark Mail Server

Dear Customers,

We are seeing an issue with the primary hard drive of the Shark Mail Server which started giving some file system errors and is beyond recovery. We have to order for the system restore and the machine is in the process of being restored on a new drive. Once the system is online with a new drive we shall start restoring the data backups from the old drives and bring the mail service online.

This is going to be a time consuming process and would require around 6 - 12 hours to complete. Kindly bear with us till the time the machine is restored with the backups.
