Server Name: 
Neptune - HyperV Machine

Issue: 
Server is down due to RAID Failure, our DC Team and support technicians are working over to recover the machine and restore it on a new server. 

Current Status: We are copying the backups on a new machine

Impact: 
All the VM's hosted on this machine are down as a result, we are trying to recover the data on the new build asap.

ETA: 
Approx 24 hours.
